Shipping

What are Baudville's shipping policy and shipping and handling rates for my order?

Shipping costs are dependent on destination and timeline provided by the customer. An international surcharge will be applied to all Canadian orders to handle duties and levies. Additional charges will be applied to other international orders.

We do not deliver to Post Office boxes.

 Does Baudville ship internationally?

Yes! An 18% international surcharge will be applied to all Canadian orders to handle duties and levies.  Minimum $23.99 for all international orders. GST, HST, and PST charges are the responsibility of the applicable resident (excluding Canada).

Do you offer rush shipping?

Rush shipping is available upon request. Additional shipping charges will apply to all rush orders. Charges for shipments outside the continental USA are subject to a surcharge. Shipping charge total will be calculated at the time the order is placed. Please call customer service at 1.800.728.0888 if you need your order rushed.

When will my order ship?

Baudville ships orders Monday-Friday. Any orders with in-stock items that are placed before 6pm ET ship the same-usiness-day. Canadian orders ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Personalized orders will ship the same-business-day if they are approved by 3pm ET. Orders with logo or custom artwork will NOT ship same-business-day.

When will I receive my order?

What is same-day shipping?

Baudville will process your order and ship it the same-day business day you place your order. Same-business-day shipping will occur when ordered by 6pm ET for stock products and by 3pm ET for personalized products. Orders placed on Friday after these cut off times will not ship until Monday. Large quantity orders may not be available to ship same day. Call 1.800.728.0888 to check availability.

Which items are eligible to ship same-day?

All of Baudville's non-personalized and non-customized products will ship same-business-day if order is placed before 6pm ET. Personalized orders will ship same-business-day if order is placed and approved before 3pm ET. Customized orders DO NOT ship same-day. Orders placed after the cut off times on Friday will not ship until Monday.

What is your 30-day satisfaction guarantee?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of the original order date and we will either make it right or give you your money back. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized merchandise.

How do I engrave the nameplates on my Perpetual Award Plaque (31136)?

How can I sign up to receive order tracking emails?

Supply us with your email address when you place your order and we will send you a copy of your invoice along with, the tracking information specifically for your shipment.

How can I save the items in my shopping cart?

Personalization & Customization

What is the difference between personalization, customization, and special order?

Personalized products use pre-existing templates that allow you to choose from stock exclusive art or patterns created by our in-house design team! To personalize your gift you simply choose your art or pattern and add a name. Customized product is when you take those patterns and exclusive art and add a logo and optional text to them. Think of it as the whole product is custom but the name to make the gift for a specific person is the personalization! Special Order product are items that are outside of our standard offerings. Our in-house design team will create something special for you!

How can I customize a product?

Baudville can customize hundreds of our products to create a unique gift for your organization. To begin, click hereto shop our wide assortment of products waiting to be customized.

How long does customizing something take?

The standard time for the proofing process is 24-48 hours for all custom products. Once we receive your final approval for the artwork, the time will vary depending on the type of product that is to be customized.

What is a proof approval and why is it important??

All customized products that have added logo, art or personalization will need proof approval. An order approval indicates that the customer is fully responsible for the final proof and layout approval prior to the production process. Baudville is not liable for errors caused by: misspelling, grammar, punctuation, incorrect design, or wrong color approval. Please check this proof carefully to make sure all your content is correct. Any delays in proof approval may delay final production of your order. If a delay occurs, we will contact you to let you know your cost to upgrade shipping to meet your due date.
